Print out twice on photo card cut the centre out of one piece and use the other for the side border and building up the decoupaged rose.

The centre hole in the picture is backed with silver grey glitter card and then onto high shine silver mirri card to create a mini edge before fixing it to white linen textured card with dst.

Build the rose head up with silicone to get the flower shape, when dry use pinflair glue to fix it to the glitter card, the side border was fixed with d/s foam tape, the tag is attached with silicone glue.

The butterflies are clear silver edge peel-offs stuck onto acetate and trimmed, add some crystal gem butterfly trails to give that 'finished look'.

When using glitter card it's best to use pinflair glue gel, ordinary silicone does not give such a good hold.
