I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a mauve card stock and then to a white card with punched corners.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone gel.
I added two of the sentiments and used hearts and stars from my stash to decorate. Loved the decoupage elements. Great design.
