Crossing the Stream Watercolour with Blue Frame & FlowersCompleted by Sue Soules

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. I cut out the main picture and attached it to a dark blue card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads. I added a peel off sentiment to finish the card.
