I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I mounted the main image onto a scalloped edge card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone.To finish the card I added little gems to the card and a birthday sentiment...a lovely card that any little princess would love to receive.
