Printed this cute design onto decoupage paper and cut it out. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added a sparkly gem to the flower.

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I rounded the corners of the design to match the shape of my card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments . Great design.
