I printed this cute design on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and elements and decoupaged with silicone glue.

I mounted the topper on an 8 x 8 card blank and edged both the card and topper with gold border peel offs.

To finish I added a gem to the flower on the hairband, some card candy to the corners and edges and the Happy Birthday sentiment.
