I printed onto 200gsm matt photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with one backing from cup521401_1571 and another pattern which I used as a mat.

I attached the backer, mat and main topper using dst and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. I finished by adding green gems. A super card that is easy to make and suitable for many occasions.
