Easter Chloe TopperCompleted by Jaynescards

Printed onto glossy photo paper, I cut out the decoupage and added using foam pads. I covered a crd balnk with blue check paper, added the topper and then finished with glittery gems flowers. A lovely Easter card for any little girl.
