Happy Birthday, Make a wish Birthday girl
As I am also a cardmaker, it has been difficult finding cards with young caribbean children on the front, so i tried to make this extra special as this little fairy is blowing a wish kiss!
It's a quick topper and decopage to make up and it does look lovely once made, I have also added a few inserts to accompany this which i hope you will enjoy.
