Floral 13 Blue for TeenagerCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base on the right of my card, i then added a blue border all round the outside edges of the design and placed down the right handside a multi blue border, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and placing the teenager sentiment onto the design, this is a terrific design for a youngster becoming a teenager, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective when done.
