I printed the sheet onto 120gsm white paper and cut out all the pieces.

I mounted the card base onto a white A5 card and cut around the scallops, i added the decoupage and the Happy Birthday greeting using glue gel then finished off the card by adding crystal glitter to her earrings and necklace.
