For this really cute sheet I used white A4 card and folded in half. Punched a fancy edge on the front of the card and then cut a piece of patterned paper and did the same fancy edge on this before attaching to the card.

Cut and layed up all the pieces of the sheet using silicone glue and then attached to some blue and mirror card and put this onto front of card.

Added a sentiment to finish off. Really pretty and could be used for a number of differnt occasions.
