I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a pale green embossed backing and then to a white embossed card.
I assembled and decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added some glitter to the bow on her dress and to the ballet slippers.
I finished by adding some red edging around the backing. Great design.
