Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach Topper to a mint green card. I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used Gold and Crystal glitter on aspects of the card. I also used gems in the middle of the flowers.

I stuck a Butterfly to the top corner. A pretty design and makes up into a pretty card.
