I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with blue card and mounted it onto a white base card then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added peel-off borders,little gems and a little handbag embelishment...a gorgeous design for all those Onesie Diva's.
