Pink Limo 16

I printed this design onto photo paper and stuck the main picture to card stock using double sided tape. Added the layers with double sided foam pads and finished off with borders and wording.

Before printing I personalised it by typing my Granddaughter's name on the decoupage part of the side of the car and a few 16's on the balloons.

I attached the picture to an 8x8 card using DST.

I attached the decoupage using 3d foam pads and finished off by adding some gems to the fireworks and music notes.
