I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto a white card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel... to finish the card I added a contrasting bow to the hat...this is the perfect design for all those little princess's out there it's gorgeous.
