I printed this image out onto a sheet of smooth decoupage paper,i took a D/L card and covered it in a piece of silver mirri card,then i mounted on the main image and decoupaged it up,i then age a cat on the end a black glitzy hat and tie,i put some pink glitter dots on another cats hat,and a little mouve glitter on a flower in a cats hat.
