Printed onto thick matte paper and Rosie and the flowers around her were layered with foam pads. I added fine glitter to some of the flowers and lilac pearl gems to others. At the top and bottom of the card I added glittery peel offs.
I stamped the sentiment onto the ball Rosie is standing on.
