I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out the elements. I built up the decoupage with foam pads. I added some glitter to the 3 large faux gems with a glue pen and added self adhesive gems to the greetings panel and the heart.

I matted the topper onto silver mirri paper and then onto a white A5 card blank. I inked the edge of the card with pink ink and highlighted around the edge of the silver mirri with black pen.

A perfect card for a trendy miss.
