Toon Angel in Blue Step by StepCompleted by Corrine Penhale

I printed the image onto photo paper and decoupaged using foam pads. I matted and layered the image onto silver mirri-card and stuck this onto a sage green card blank.

I added a green organza ribbon to the spine of the card and matted and layered the sentiment onto silver mirri-card.

I added glitter to the toadstools and a pink gem in the right hand corner to complete the look.
