Happy Birthday PartyCompleted by Carol N Watson

I printed this out on cardstock. Cut out the elements and added them to a red glitter layer and then a pearlized yellow card. I inked the edges with red ink. I added the decoupaged elements. Finished off with stickles to add sparkle.

I put the clown in the car on the inside of the card with 3D foam. Cute easy card for a child.
