With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a wonderful design for a little ones birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
