Ruby the Ballerina Bear 'n LaceCompleted by Sandra Carlse Designs

I applied the central image to an A5 white greeting card. I then decoupaged 'Ruby the Ballerina Bear' with foam pads. I positioned the bow to the top of the card.

I finally used foam pads to position the flowers at the four corners & the birthday banner to the foot of the card.
