This is a lovely card made up - nice sheet, Deborah. I mounted the main sheet on a thin frame of white first, then the darker bluet . I cut the 3d pieces and raised with foam pads.

For embellishments, I added 3 blue gems and a prima flower with pearl center. I also gave the lovely lady a white pearl earring.
