I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. The base layer was matted onto Silver Embossed card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.

The decoupage was then added with foam pads and the Greeting Tag and small topper were matted onto Silver Embossed card with d/s tape, cut out and added to the top of my card with foam pads and the reverse with d/s tape.

To finish I added Glitter to the Sparkle, Cake and Greeting Tag, Gems were added to two opposite corners of my card and I used the Matching insert inside.
