I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added blue gems to the top of the card and a blue 'happy birthday' sentiment banner.
A very rich coloured card which makes you think of luxury!
