I Printed this classy design on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and all elements and layered decoupage with silicone glue.

I edged an A4 card blank with gold border peel offs gold flower and ornamental peel offs I attached the finished topper to the centre of brown gingham card the card and mounted it onto the card.

I used all the sentiments and finished with blue gems in the centre of the flower peel offs.
