With this design, i placed the main design base on to a dl card in the centre so to leave a nice white border all the way round, i then built up the design, to finish i placed the happy birthday sentiment to the right of the lady, and added a pink wavy border to the outside edges of the design base, this is a terrific design, would suit any lady of any age.
