I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper. I attached the base to a white card that I had punched a design around. I put pink paper inside the card to show through on the punched design. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue.
I used glossy accents on the pearls ( I had pearl gems on it but they didn't photograph well) to highlight them.
A beautiful design, love the female in it!
