Wild About 1950's Music Dl Card with DecoupageCompleted by Marion MacKellar

I printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out the main picture and decoupage using silicone glue to build it up.

I used an 8 x 8 pearl card blank. I glued some polka dot paper to the card and used glue dots to position the topper.

I used some gold peel offs round the edges and finished the card off with letters spelling out Happy Birthday
