Printed onto Crafty Bob Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and using DST I attached Topper to a cream sheen card. Using foam pads, I built up the Decoupage. To finish off I used Diamond glitter on the flowers, and glasses.

I used foam pad to attach a silver bow to top corner. To finish, I used silver stick on edging around the topper. A very pretty design.
