Art Deco LadyCompleted by Marion Evans

I adhered the main graphic to white (which I ran through my CB with Swiss Dots), then I framed that with a very thin line of red.

I then used a base CS of White to which I added a background of black tattered lace & popped the main graphic (outlined in red) with foam pads.

I cut the decoupage pieces out and popped them with foam pads as well. I added red bling on the sides of Angela's design and gave the pretty lady a stone for her necklace as well as a matching earrling.

This is a lovely sheet to work with, Angela and I got to try out my tattered lace die.
