Stella Plays Bingo

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold holo card then onto black mirri card & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a bingo themed backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Waterfall, Diamond & Star Dust Stickles to add some bling & I added lot's of gems to add extra sparkle.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white A5 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is a matching insert to this card (cup527845_1209) which I placed inside to finish the card.
