Pink Cadilac Decoupage TopperCompleted by BreAnn McFarland

My cousin loves Elvis, so I thought this would make a cute birthday card for her. I printed the sheet on good quality white cardstock, and then I cut out all of the decoupage pieces. I attached the pieces to the topper using foam squares.

I made the card base using black cardstock, and then I adhered the topper to it. I sprayed a little glimmer spritz on the entire card to add some sparkle. To complete the card, I attached an Elvis coin in a clear pouch to the inside.
