Classy or Sassy Vintage Lady Decoupage

I printed on to pearl paper, mounted the topper on to a silver linen card, and layered all elements. To embellish, I tied a blue and a white piece of lace together and stitched a ribbon rose to the centre, adding this to one corner.

And then placed a strip of blue lace, knotted in the middle, below the topper and finished with a greeting.

A really elegant design.
