I first matted the base image onto holographic blue card and cut to leave a very narrow border. I added this to a white DL card blank with double sided tape. I cut out and made up the decoupage elements using silicon glue.

I added the blank greeting tag (left blank for the recipients name) vertically and used blue glitter glue on parts of the hat and jacket.I also added tiny gems to the ring, earring and decoration on the jacket.

Finally I added small dots of glitter to the corners of the borders.
