It's Your Birthday Soak It Up

With this design once i had printed it out onto glossy photo paper, i then cut out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card and added a glittery blue border all round the outside edges, i finished my card by making up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design for birthdays, was very easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
