I printed the sheet out on glossy photo paper and cut all the parts out.To make it a more "glitzy" I matted the main picture onto black card and attached this to a 300g pale silver card with DST.
I attached the "cut outs" with 3D foam then added clear glitter to the champagne and bubbles and touches of gold glitter to the blonde hair for highlights. I also added black gems to the bow and "message" and clear gems to corners and "Happy Birthday" greeting. Quick and easy to make and guaranteed to raise a smile! ){kind=link}
