I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads.
To finish I added crystal stickles to the wine bubbles and gems to the bow and the 'saying'. Everyone knows someone who fits the bill where this card is concerned- I know I do!!
