I added a sentiment to the sheet in my graphics program I then printed it out on inkjet paper and then trimmed it to size and punched the corners before putting it into the card

I printed the insert design onto good quality copy paper. Cut out, trimmed and folded to size. Attached to card base using double sided sticky tape.
