Rita Gets Out the Party Glasses

Printed on high quality glossy phot paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached pieces with foam pads. Added jewels for diamond earrings to Rita. Also add a couple other jewels. Layered card front using black glitter paper then white card stock.
I printed the file onto smooth card and cut out the parts. I attached a muted green background from cup kit508681_5 to a scalloped C5 card blank and attached the main image to this with DST.
I siliconed the decoupage.
I added stardust stickles to the ribbon and bow and topped with a clear gem. I used glossy accents on Rita's specs, wineglass and boots and added mini purple gems for earrings.I completed with a clear gem on the text and added the matching insert, cup517091_1209.
