Steampunk Vintage Fashion in BleuCompleted by Nikki Bevan

This design was printed onto Matte paper .I cut out and built up the decoupage using 3D foam between the layers to give dimension then adhered the design to some designer card before adding some silver peel off around the edge of the design to frame it.

I also added a little sparkle to the outer edge of the bows using a sakura Tiara pen.
