With this design I printed it out onto photo paper, then cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white c5 card, adding a silver border all round the edges, I then finished my card by making up the design.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a blue backing paper and attached the main image centrally.
I added all the decoupage using foam pads and to finish I framed the main image with a silver border peel off.
Hope Stella is not leading Edna astray!!! - but the sentiment is beautiful
