I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on do card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
Printed onto good quality card cut out all the pieces added base to a white card blank used foam pads to add the layers lastly added some gems another fab Stella card.
Birthday card for a sister & an aunt. I printed onto glossy printable decoupage paper. I used purple swirl design card in the background. I added peel offs for sentiments with pearls & gems. Cup 536388_1209. Designer Carol Smith
