I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added gems to those on the design. I am definitely with Stella on this one.
Quick and easy to make and great for people with a sense of humour.
