I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a blue backing paper and attached the main image centrally. I then added all the decoupage using foam pads and a couple of flower gems.

I finished by colouring a silver border peel off blue and framed the topper. Oh Stella - how wise you are!!! A great card for women of a certain age and with a good sense of humour
