Printed on high quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached pieces using foam pads for 3-D effect. Added jewels. Attached card base to white card stock using sticky tape.

I printed this amusing Stella design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto plum coloured card leaving a small border.
I then decoupaged using 2 mm thick foam pads
