With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the main design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, I then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design and the inner Stella frame, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads and finished my card by adding the birthday sentiment at the top left, this is a terrific, fun design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, I added the base design to a blank card, then added the decoupage with thin foam pads, and finished by adding white faux pearls to the flourish. love these cards always bring a smile.
