OccasionI printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I used stardust stickles to the gems.
Another life observation from Stella and we have all been there!!! A very quick and easy card to make too.
